Self managing building project any
Anyone got any experience of managing a home extension. Have got all building plans and got contacts with most trades except ground workers.
Any recommendations though on whether to get a quantity surveyor to price up the materials etc and if anyone would advice on what the pros and cons are ??
Cheers

I looked for the best most trustworthy builders I could find. I then did a deal that was “ Do a price, I’ll agree or question it, if you fuck up you sort out. It worked well.
